To obtain satisfactory printing results, high quality virgin raw materials are required to manufacture premium filaments. Therefore, we insist on using virgin raw materials in our all lines of products.

THE ISSUES OF RECYCLED MATERIALS

Many recycled plastics can also be used for 3d printing. However, the natures of recycled materials will inevitably cause inferior printing results. The causes of the printing problems are:

1. Inconsistency of thermal properties.
2. Inconsistency of melt flows rate.
3. Plastics tend to degrade after each processing, which causes a huge reduction in mechanical properties.

4. Issues caused by contamination of materials with bad compatibility. The issues can be material peeling, nozzle clogging, and low in mechanical properties.
